Returns Policy

  • Contact us to arrange for any returns.
  • PLEASE DO NOT REFUSE A SHIPMENT AS A WAY TO RETURN YOUR ORDER. THIS WILL CAUSE ANY REFUND YOU ARE EXPECTING TO BE FORFEITED.
  • You absolutely MUST go through the proper return procedures to ensure things get processed properly.
  • A copy of the invoice will need to be included with the return.
  • There is a 35% restocking fee charged against all returned parts as this is what GM charges us to return parts to them.
  • Parts must be resaleable and in the original packaging with GM part number tags intact.
  • If you need to put your return in a separate box to ensure it's safety, please do so, but make sure your return is still in it's original packaging inside the new box.
  • Clear packing tape only.
  • We cannot take back used parts.
  • Any modifications being made to your vehicle are at your own risk/expense.
  • Any returns without a VIN are at your own risk/expense.
  • We cannot take back installed or tried parts.
  • Electrical parts are not returnable.
  • Discontinued parts are non returnable.
  • We do reserve the right to refuse and return any parts we find have been installed, are used or do not meet the above criteria.
  • Return requests need to be within 30 days of receipt.
  • Please notify us within 24 HRS of any damages to your order. We have a time limit with GM to claim damages and we cannot assist you if it is past that time limit.


Cancellation Policy

  • An order or a portion of an order may be cancelled up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession.
  • If the cancelled part was special ordered from the manufacturer a return fee of 35% may apply.
